She is survived by her husband of almost 57 years, Blaine T. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and June Rouse and brother, Warren Ernest Rouse. When she wasn’t working or with family, she enjoyed working in her garden with her flowers – and everything had to be planned around her stories. She loved to sew and had all the fabric and sewing machines to prove it. Sandy worked as a seamstress for many years with Walmart, and her own business.
